Module 1: Introduction to Sports Coaching
This module introduces the purpose, principles, and responsibilities of sports coaching. Learners explore the role of a coach, coaching objectives, athlete development, training environments, professional conduct, and the importance of creating positive and supportive experiences for participants.
Module 2: Coaching Philosophy and Strategy
This module examines how coaches develop a clear philosophy and translate it into practical strategies. Learners explore coaching values, goal setting, planning, training objectives, adapting strategies to different participants, evaluating performance, and developing structured approaches to athlete development.
Module 3: Communication Skills for Coaches
Effective communication is essential for building trust and supporting athlete development.
